HEAT Licensing Happenings

HEAT Licensing has had an incredible year in 2001. It has grown from two entertainment properties to four in just the last year. It was HEAT’s good fortune and my personal honor to be given the opportunity to reperesent these two new outstanding properties. Beany and Cecil, created by Bob clampett, one of the great legends in the world of animation, has again been made available for licensing after a long period of inactivity.

Gumby’s hot news is that we have signed a movie deal with the Disney Corporation for a new Gumby production. We are also in the process of filming brand new thirty minute programs of Gumby, which will be marketed this Spring. Rhino Home Video will be releasing all new formatted and edited existing episodes of Gumby and Pokey in March.
For Bela Lugosi’s Classic Dracula image, the possibility of creating twenty six animated episodes of this famous image with Dic Animation has become a reality.
